1. Who runs the cellar

These terms govern your use of typecasecellar.com ("Typecase Cellar", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of typecasecellar.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come down the steps

Brevier opens Typecase Cellar to people aged 18 or over and nobody else, and each visit down the cellar steps is your word that you have reached 18.

3. Virtual coins, and what they cannot be

• Virtual coins, supplied free of charge, are used in every game.
• A coin here is worth nothing in money and counts as neither cash, credit nor anybody’s property.
• No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor swapped for money, goods, services or prizes, and the cellar keeps no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world worth ever hangs on Brevier’s proof string.
• Brevier may adjust coins, levels and features, or re-set them, whenever the forme needs it.

4. No real-money gambling, not a line of it

Real-money gambling is neither run nor advertised from this cellar, and not one of our links points to a gambling operator.

5. Your account and its brass key

• Past Lockup Stone, the library and the despatch room ask for a free account. One brass key per person, and keys are never lent.
• Guard your password, and send word straight down the steps if anyone else has been into your account.
• A button on your account page deletes the account whenever you choose; deletion is immediate and final, like type melted back to metal.
• We may suspend any account used to upset the running of the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account rather than owned by you, and Brevier may reset them.

6. Fair use of the presses

Hands off the machinery: do not disrupt the site, do not point automated tools at it, do not offer coins for trade, and never let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When the presses stop, and liability

You get the cellar “as is”, and any part of it may be altered or taken away. Should anything malfunction, every play and pay in it is void. These terms leave untouched any liability the law will not let us limit, and they take nothing from your statutory rights.

8. The governing law: England and Wales

England and Wales supply the law that governs these terms.
